Ken Bates formed Chase Meadows Development in 2007 in order to build and develop twenty-six acres along Fall Creek Road in Kingsport, Tennessee.
The Development is to include 100 Frank Betz Homes on individual lots with more than five acres of “green space” to include walking trails, ponds, water features as well as a small park.
Ken has a degree in construction management from East Tennessee State University.
For seventeen years he owned, operated and constructed many Little Caesar Pizza stores throughout East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. In addition, he owns and manages Tusculum View Centre in Greeneville, TN.
Since 2007, Ken has been constructing homes in the Kingsport area, with primary emphasis in the Chase Meadows Development. His homes typically include Carrier Hybrid Heat Pumps, Rennai Tank-less water heaters, LP Smart Siding and other “Green” products.
He is listed on the Frank Betz web site as well as a Kohler approved builder.
